- During the review session of this consultation process, representations made will be displayed on the consultation website.
- If you have explicitly stated that your response is on behalf of an organisation, it is your organisation's name that will be displayed with your representation.
- If you have responded as an individual, your name will not be displayed, unless you disclose your details in the body of your response.
- We will endeavour to remove private address details from postal or email responses prior to displaying them on this website to the best of our capabilities.
- If your representation contains a reference to your own details, or details of your colleagues or your organisation, we will assume that you are happy for your response to be displayed on this website including any such details.
- SCC will be able to see who has made specific comments so they can contact individuals for further information as required.
- A report will be made available at the end of the session.
- Dialogue by Design reserves the right to remove abusive or offensive language.
- You can only participate during the period for representations.

This online consultation is being administered by Dialogue by Design on behalf of Surrey County Council.
Our policy is to respect and protect the privacy of anyone who visits the Dialogue by Design website.
Where you are asked for personal information via the online form, this information will only be used for the purpose of conducting the consultation exercise, and will not be used for any other purpose without your permission. At all times, your information will be held in a secure manner. The information will be passed back to Surrey County Council once the consultation has been completed.
